Dr Jacqueline Rosenberg

Jacqueline is an experienced lifestyle stress management and wellness trainer, working with employees within organisations as well as individuals. Prolonged exposure to stress has repeatedly been shown to be harmful and the costs of stress to organisations and individuals are sizeable. However, often those who would most benefit from achieving sustained lifestyle changes specifically associated with stress find it the most difficult to make these changes.

Jacqueline leads highly actionable, practical, and motivational trainings, enabling participants to identify, explore and ultimately change the lifestyle and work-related behaviours that perpetuate chronic stress, building resilience over time with the acquisition of a repertoire of techniques that they can apply with confidence. Specific training and coaching topics include relaxation techniques, creative stress management solutions, visualisation, the power of added perspective, boosting physical activity, and stress-less relocations.

Jacqueline has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Exercise Psychology and a PhD in Health Psychology. She is a certified NLP Practitioner, and a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and its Division of Health Psychology. She is currently based in Basel and works between Switzerland and the UK.
